International Conference “Innovation for a Sustainable Ocean: Observatories and Knowledge Networks”

The OECD, in cooperation with the Portuguese Government, under the chairmanship of Ms. Ana Paula Vitorino Portugal’s Minister of the Sea and Mr. Manuel Heitor Portugal’s Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education, is organizing, through the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) and the Directorate-General for Maritime Policy (DGPM), the international conference on Innovation for a Sustainable Ocean: Observatories and Knowledge Networks. The conference will be held on 14 February 2019 at the Auditorium of IPMA, Lisbon/Algés, Portugal.
The new OECD publication on Rethinking Innovation for a Sustainable Ocean Economy, which had the participation of Portuguese partners, namely FCT and DGPM, will be launched at the event.
