The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) introduces a new legal regime adapted to the new digital age, clearer and more predictable for organizations and individuals. The main purpose of this regulation is to ensure the fundamental right to the protection of personal data, used for purposes other than the one intended when provided by consumers in the acquisition of digital products and services.
